Dick and Dorothy : American Gothic by David Bradley

Two people in love, my "grandma and grandpa", on the shore in front of lake superior and of their personal church (House) wearing modern gitchi gummi, olde time clothing and appearing, much like their charges with a deep tan or brown skin - extremely environmental - as they were in life

god you're right, they were our grand-parents. And I love them as such - what a cool fucking picture to have commissioned, all the things they were about, they left a significant collection of Native basket-work to the Tweed, significant. That is the perspective from their East-end house of the ore boat and it's direction of travel in the lake.
